Rental terms & disclaimer

These are the main rental conditions. The full rental contract is signed when you pick up the car.

Booking and payment

• A booking request is confirmed only after we approve it by email.
• Payment is made at pick-up, in cash or by card.
• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up.

Driver

• A valid driving licence and an ID card or passport are required at pick-up.
• A security deposit may be requested depending on the car.

Use of the car

• 300 km included per day.
• No smoking: a cleaning fee may apply.
• Return the car with the same fuel level; missing fuel is billed at market price.
• No off-road driving: off-road damage is not covered by insurance.

Insurance

Insurance is not included in the daily price and can be added when booking. The car may contain a device that collects driving and location data for recovery and protection purposes.
