This policy explains how Menara Car collects and uses your personal data when you use this website.

Data we collect

When you send a booking request we collect your name, email address, phone number, the car, the dates, the pick-up and return locations and any notes you write. We also keep your language and currency choice in your browser (local storage).

Why we use it

Only to manage your booking: to contact you, confirm or decline the request and prepare the car. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Booking data is kept as long as needed for the rental and our legal and accounting obligations, then deleted.

Third parties

Emails are sent through our email provider. If you choose another language, the page is translated with Google Translate. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

In line with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to FaouziEzaame3@gmail.com.
